Contractors should complete onboarding through their contractor invite. If a company directs someone to submit a pre-onboarding request first, the company access code only routes that review step and is not the contractor onboarding credential.
Ask the company or ZM Alpha to issue your contractor invite. If the company explicitly directs you to submit a review request first, use Request Access only for that step.
Contractors do not onboard with the shared company access code. Approved access still finishes through an invite-specific contractor code and claim path.
